Sufficient Tons of MachineTSC established a plastic development department in 2009 and began to invest in the development of plastic injection molding industry; furthermore, it transformed into a plastic molding factory in 2010. The plastic molding factory is equipped with about 30 sets of Japanese FANUC all-electric injection molding machines and Taiwanese OMC plastic injection molding machines. The tonnage of the machines ranges from 50 to 350 tons and is neatly placed in the clean factory, which can meet the production and capacity demands of plastic products in different industries.

Design Requirement Analysis |

At the first step, we will discuss with our clients to understand their requirements and demands for the product which will contains parts appearance, dimensions, material and function. At the same time, we will also analyze the product's expecting and applied usage conditions.
Mold Design |

Design the mold based on the analysis results. This step mostly finish by an experienced designer or engineer. They will design an appropriate mold construction according to the part drawing and requirement. During the designing process, the manufacturing crafts, material options and mold lifecycle should be considered.
Mold Manufacturing |

After the mold design is completed, the next step is to select the manufacturing of the mold, including suitable materials, and use CNC lathes and other equipment for processing to create a mold that meets the design requirements. Strict quality control is required during the manufacturing process to ensure the accuracy and durability of the mold.
Mold Testing |

When the mold manufacturing is completed, mold testing needs to be performed. This step is designed to verify the performance and stability of the mold to ensure that it can operate normally and produce plastic products that meet the requirements. During the mold trial process, mold adjustments and optimizations will be performed to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Production Importing |

When the mold test passes, it can enter the production stage. This includes preparing production materials, setting up production equipment, executing production plans, etc. The production process requires continuous monitoring and optimization to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Aftermarket Services |

After mold manufacturing is finished. We also provide with aftermarket services including maintenance, repairing and parts as well as components exchanging, to ensure the mold can work continuously and its capability.
